like the b&w but not the flash flare on the locker.

The lockers and wonky floor distract from this.

I believe this picture can be much enhanced with a little more thought. First the lighting: not enough to separate the dark tones of their jacket from each other, then too much reflection in the doors. 1-2 steps to the side and the reflections would have been gone. Then ofcourse you would have to rearrange your models away from your current centered approach. This seems to very static and unnatural. You're forcing your will and thought onto them. Did you ask them how they would want to arrange themselves for your picture? They would either get closer because they are close friends and show that, OR they would separate further from each other. Currently it apears very halfhearted, no commitment, one stands the other is already walking away. Oh and then 2 small technical issues: you are taller than they are, correct? So get down to their eye level and don't look down on them. The picture is taken handheld, right? You can see the softness everywhere. You should focus on the eyes or the mouth (same focal plane in this kind of shot). Try to retake this shot with these models but let them decide how they want to present themselves. You just try to capture what they show you.

cute girls, cute idea, I actually think it wouldve looked better, I can only imagine the colors they have on, and with the color of the lockers, it wouldve popped and looked great in color!

Seems OOF, but I like the B&W.
