 Editing: Slight Crop, levels, contrast, resize, unsharp mask, add small amount of luminosity to rock.

White water rapids in the head waters of the Rio Grande River about 7 miles from the summit of Wolf Creek Pass between South Fork and Pagosa Springs, Colorado (on the South Fork Side). My husband and I were driving up the pass to see how much snow was left and saw a good spot to take a picture of the water. It runs in a deep ravine by the side of the road and you can't get near it to take a picture in very many places. There was still snow on the ground and it was bitter cold, my hands almost froze while taking the pictures of the river.

Very nice shot - excellent clarity - steady camera. Exposure length was perfect water is in motion but still looks like water. I can feel the chill of the air. Gerat job.
