I used a flashlight to light this due to my complete failure at natural lighting in the pattern challenge. Actually, I was going for a specific look that I had previously seen on the site. Anyways, the lighting came out different than I expected, but I really liked it. It also helps when your guitars have wall hangers allowing separation from the background.
Photshop was background copy, burn the area in the f hole, fade the corner where the pickup was kinda showing so it wouldn't anymore, touch up a couple weird color spots on the guitar, duplicate background copy and overlay blend, rezise, curves, levels, selective color to remove the yellow from the binding, usm, and save for web.
I tried it in b&w and sepia, but the rich red color def looked the best. Hope it is enjoyed by all. |
