 I don't get the title.....It's OK....neither do I. This is the Hopkinson House Condominium.....does that help?

Post: Camera raw adjustments in PSElements 6.0. Convert to jpeg. Layer adjustments for levels, bightness/contrast and hue/saturation. Another layer of hue/saturation coverting to grey scale and another layer each of levels and brightness contrast. Cropped at least four times. Another layer of levels for better contrast. Sharpen. Resize. Sharpen.

The pattern is very consistant, and its hard to tell what it is, which makes the shot even more interesting.

Almost an optical illusion at this angle. In fact, I really had to concentrate on the balconies to bring them out into the foreground. So if that was your intent...bravo.

I liked this photo very much, I think perspective was the key for getting an impacting picture and transforming something not special into an extraordinary curious view that catches the eye and awakens curiosity. Great job!
