Thankyou all for ur comments. It feels nice to see this make the top 10. On how this was done.....the setup is just one diagonal of pencils interleaved at the tip. I set the camera to long exposure and exposed the pencil tips alone using a flashlight. I moved the setup a little in both horizontal and vertical direction and then exposed the pencil tips again. Repeat this a few times. |

Got to know what you did to do this! It's fantastic. Should get a ribbon for sure. |

Incredible. If it hadn't been validated, I'd think it wasn't possible. *grin* A well done 10. One of few. |

OK, obviously some kind of multiple exposure or prism effect, but I hope you explain it in detail. Very intriguing and expertly executed. The misalignment at bottom left was probably frustrating, and I wish the lighting was a bit more dramatic (right now it's almost even, but the hot spots at left and shaded top right corner don't seem "intentional" enough). Maybe a large window and reflector? Still, it's one of my top 5 picks, and a likely ribbon contender. 9 |

I am puzzled how you created this in basic editing. Anyway I will rate it without considering how you post processed it. 7 , I really like the image. |

almost an optical illusion.. cool. |

You must have a cross pattern filter in order to do this within editing rules. I like it. Only minor complaint is the shadows seem a little strong and they complicate a detailed pattern a bit too much. |

This is quite interesting to look at. Thank you. |

this is a very good pattern with great pastel colors, but i don't think this is basic editing. |

Very very creative. Some may not like the shadows in this but I think they add to the picture...a 10. |

I'm very interested as to how you managed to shoot this one,... through a prism of some kind? |

My favorite entry of the challenge! Such precision to match all of those up, like a beautiful quilt. The only thing that distracts me a little and keeps me from awarding a '10' is the sporadic lighting. |

I like this better than any of the other coloured pencils compositions that I have seen. Reminds of of Op Art. 8. |
