I want to clear the air about this image.

Overall the processing and set up was very good and I was pleased with it. I think what killed me was the fact that when I chose SFW it lowered the image size to 150kb and it put the image at 29%... What I didn't know then I know now that 29% makes an image VERY choppy and OOF or gives it an over sharpened looks to it. I reedited the image about 5 minutes before rollover but couldn't get it in on time.

Oh well I'm glad this challenge is finally over because I was not happy with the actual image itself.

The lighting is a bit harsh but I like the story that is being told between the two with the flower.

The processing seems to drastic for me. The image seems to lack a sharp focus on the subjects.

I like how candid this shot is, and it works because of that. This is a good snapshot, but could have been better, there's an overexposure of her shirt & jeans, and you could have added a bit of softness, maybe a Gaus blur. The all natural forest bed really lends itself to two hiking granola crunchers deep in one another, thus the overall shot works well.
