this seems to be a tad oversaturated or something,but it screams pollution... (sky is grainy to me)

nice shot and i like the editing, looks like technicolor, which is probably the color style available when the hotel was built

The reds look a bit saturated. The sky has also become a bit pixelated probably from over-processing.

I find the image perhaps a tad bit over exposed especially in the area with the garbage which consists of a lot of whites and the contrast is slightly too much.. Not sure about the grain though the colours on the sky look pretty
