Great looking lab! I've got a yellow lab and desert diggies as well. I hope you don't mind if I try to do the same thing. It just looks great.

I spend all my time with Canon(his name). I luckily have a job where i can take him with me. So with all this time together, we have an incredible bond and he's trained really well. Hopefully in the future I can share some portaits taken in nature... |

As a former Marine, I am not sure if I am upset or giddy - LOL - He/she is almost to CUTE to wear the uniform!! Semper Fi anyway!! Oh, Labs have such beautiful eyes, it would have been nice to light them a bit more. 10 non-the less!! |

I don't know what you did to get him(her?) to model like that. Love all the details, especially the detials on the neck. Very well done. |

Beautiful dog, and the focus and detail are fabulous. I would like to reach in and pet that soft neck and those silky ears. |

This seems soft and fuzzy and just a touch blurry, but since its a cute animal in people clothes i think that adds to it. The background looks like a sheet, i dont know if thats what you were going for but i find it distracting. But the compostion and values in your photo are really nice and it brings the score back up. Great subject! |

This is a really cute picture, but the effort to make it color on color didn't really show. |

Semper Fi! I am going to graduation at MCRD SD next Friday so this picture was extra special for me. I really like the colors and the dogs head and eyes are wonderfully clear. You captured a great expression as well.
It might have been a bit better if the hat were on top of his head instead of sagging behind him (or her) but I can imagine that's tough to do.
BTW Great looking lab -- I love labs with that classic blocky head. Hope he/she gets a chance to go after some ducks now and then. :) |

Personally I don't like shots like this, IMHO it would have worked better with just the dog against the background |
