I actually enjoy the background more than the subject, the subject is difficult to focus on because of the strength of the background.

Sorry, but the subject is not particularly interesting to me. Also, for such a strong verticle line, I would suggest orienting it closer to one of the lines of thirds. Being just barely off center gives me an out of balance feel.

I don't understand this one bit, the, what is the big brown thing and then the green, the contrast with the brown and green is nice though.

I like the colors in the background. I have no idea what the subject is however, and don't see how the panning contributes to the photo.
