 I was walking downtown, camera hanging from my neck. Intermittently, I would click the shutter. This is one of those. They are all slightly blurred, of course, because I was walking.

Processed the original photo with Lucis Exposure and a few other things I've forgotten now.

Layered with roz's wet windshield filter.



Selectively erased the filter off of the initial photo. Added vignette.
