You were robbed. I gave this a 9.
Yes, there are some technical problems in this photo (Noisy in spots), but it still should have scored much higher than 5.2! |

This took me a little to see the time lapse concept. After seeing those left to right, I noticed yours was top to bottom. Good transition, but it looks a little too smooth in that it looks as though its a single shot. But a very good attempt.
Only critque is that it is a little noisy. Points given for the creativy in this shot. |

Pretty shot. It is a bit noisy, though. I love the tracks in the snow. |

I think this may a long exposure, not a time lapse, but who am I to be splitting hairs after getting DQ'd in this one?
I do like this. There's a bit of high iso noise in the sky, but I really love the patterns in the snow and the fade to the starry sky. |

No great fan of all the glowy snowy stuff, but you've taken advantage of the new rules, good. |

You must have been really patient to get all these shots. THe only drawback I see is the noise in the middle layer though. |

it took me awhile but i think i finally figured out the 'time lapse'. it's nice to see the stars. parts of it look a little too grainy. |

Similar to another entry but the idea is great non-the-less and avoids the "multiple object in different positions syndrome" so it good to see something different. Just seems a little noisy in places which is a shame |

This is a great use of the HDTR technique. While everyone else is doing horizontal stitches, you stepped it up a bit. Brilliant. 8. |

I really like the glow you were able to capture in the front. |

I wonder if many will see the "time lapse" in this. This is a rare occasion that I don't care and will simply vote on it's visual merits - 9 |

Have to say there just isn't much going on here to enjoy. While you appear to have put the technique to use, I have to believe that the ends are more important than the means. |

Interesting to do this horizontally instead of left to right. Lovely effect. |

Unfortunately I didn't get the time to do a picture for this challenge, but I envisioned a picture exactly like this one. However, yours probably turned out better than mine would have!
My favourite of the challenge. |

Sequence over time, unusual in that you have used a horizontal stack. Perhaps the subject matter doesn't have a main point of interest and therefore is letting this down a little. |

Nice gradual fade daylight to night. It seems to be lacking some sharpness on the snow and trees. |

This is more of a "long exposure" instead of "Time Lapse". |
