 I have no idea if this meets the challenge or not. Another in the series of mundane objects found in the maintenance yard. Kinda neat light in the evenings as the sun sets over the containers that form the back half of the yard. Hard hats hanging on the wall that visitors are supposed to don when visiting. I've not yet donned one, though. I just wander out there and amuse the guys who work there (including several of our Iraqis) by taking pictures of very weird things.

Draganized, then that put that version over the original and erased at 20% on the hats themselves. Sharpened, resized, a bit of burning on the hats, save for web.

Really liked this one Deb. Had no idea it was yours. I guess 33rd isn't that horrible. Nicely done. Can't wait to see stuff from Germany soon. ;~D Have a safe trip.

nice score and nice finished. I quite liked the subtlty of this shot both in the terms of the slightly muted - yet still very appealing - colours and the fact that there was more than one hat on the pegs, but that one of them stood out through its red flashings. A very good example of how something that thousands of people would walk by without a second glance at can be made to be a visual treat

I really enjoyed this one while voting in the challenge. The blues really contrast nicely against the wall. What I especially liked was the wall, not your typical static wall, but rather full of texture and realism that reflects on the hard hats nicely.

The blue contrasts well with the wall but the heavy shadows merge the hats into the wall. So it only partly meets the challenge.

I think that the title of Isolation gets lost in this, 1 blue hat would have been better.

I really like this. It's not at all typical. Perfect focus and use of texture and line. The lighting adds a nice touch too, creating the shadows. This would make a cool greeting card too.
