Nice Blur shot with the hammer, but I don't feel as if it were a shot of silence. |

Nicely on theme, and uncluttered with plain background works well. |

you seem to have figure a way to do it without destoying the clock on the first take |

Oh my! Did you really smash it to bits for the shot? :) At first I thought the hammer was behind the clock, but then I noticed that the handle is behind the hammer.
Good shot. |

L()L nice, Thats many peoples idea of silence. I love the concept and the motion of the hammer was caught nicely. |

i like that you used the older style clock because everyone knows how the "rrriiinnngggg" of those is sooooo annoying. My only complaint would be the graininess of shot. |

Very good photo, but the whole thing conveys noise to me...the loud ticking of the clock, the blaring ring of the alarm, the smashing of the clock with the hammer...that all screams noise to me. I am still going to score this high because it is such a great shot, but you don't get excellent because of the "noise factor". |

This is my favorite of all the smashed alarm clocks in this challenge. The motion blur of the hammer really makes this photo. |

Very satisfying photo. Nice choice of background, well lit and the motion of the hammer makes it real. Nice job. |

The extra laugh point is made here... Noise then silence then ...snore... |

There's another image like this. I'm afraid a hammer hitting a clock with bells on it is 'noise' of a significant order to me not 'silence' Having said that it's technically a well crafted shot and scores well on the 5 points I reserve for such things! |
