Great use of high key. I love the composition and downward glance.

well done highkey. I like your use of dark to keep your image's detail.

Too much contrast IMO

Uhm I am torn over this picture.

While I think this picture fits it̢۪s title well, being homogeneous and free from dark shadows, I think a different technique would have made this image really pop. A technique that would emphasize the texture and depth your hair and veil bring to this picture.

Something else I like about your submission is the fact that, while you captured your entire face, you do not show your eyes. A majority of the picture in this challenge have added color processing to their eyes to help grab attention. I like the fact that not only did you avoid that technique but you avoided showing your eyes all together. It almost adds a level of suspense to the image. Wanting or wondering what your eyes look like.

Overall great picture. Good luck in the scoring.

I like B&W images. Is that a blanket or your hair braids in the background to the right of your head?

Nice. I like the lighting, b&w and post process. Very good "art" in my opinion.

I'm guessing you had a scarf around you that you can see past your hair on the right? IMO it distracts a little from the overall portrait, but this is very nice. I like the high key editing.

Lacks subtlety and sharpness to pass as a well-executed high key.

I like the idea and the shot, I just think that its almost too high key because you lose a bit of your features. However it does still show your beauty, and I really like your composition and pose. Nice work.

Just for the record, this is not high key, it is high contrast. Very definitely high contrast. A high key image is almost entirely light tones, whereas high contrast is all darks and lights with little or no gray scale in between,

A little too much it seems. Almost high and low key at the same time.
