I think the eyes look a bit overdone, but it's a handsome portrait. It also looks like the branch is an antler! :-)

This is really a great shot. The lighting and tones are perfect. If the branch wasn't behind your head this would have been a better shot. just a little FYI. Good luck

Great lighting and contrast--post-processing is effective but doesn't call attention to itself. Though the branch sticking out of your ear is a little distracting. :)

Ah. my friend, I really like this photo but I don't like the branch. It just kills the good photo makes it a humorous one. I will close my eyes and pretend that branch is not there and vote thus way. Technically perfect, and very nice composition. Good photo overall :)

This is very nicely done, but the head-piercing twig bugs the heck out of me... I also wish you'd off-centered the figure just a tad more, it's uncomfortably close to being dead-center. Beautiful processing though.

I really like the this portrait, I would just take down the eyes a bit to match the body because even though you want to make the eyes pop out in the a portrait, you shouldn't have them be over powering.

To make the eyes really pop out, try putting a catch light in the shot. Not only does it save you time with photoshopping, but it also is the most capturing thing you can do in a portrait.

Either way, I love everything else in the photograph. Just fix the eyes.

Very nice. great B & W study. 8 from me. My one improvement suggestion is to watch the composition, though. You're a bit centered in the image, You would also look a lot better without the "antler" - even though it is Christmas season. It would also be better without showing the tag on your scarf.

Good one! One of the best in the challenge. Beautifully done. If I were to be picky about one thing, it's the tag on your scarf, I wish you'd turned the scarf to not show it. Otherwise, perfect. ~10

This is awesome! I love the dramatic processing and 3-dimensional quality it has. The only thing that I think would have made this even more perfect would be if you had cloned out the stick on the left side of your head. But that's not much of a big deal. 9

I really like the area you chose to shoot at. Great lighting, and the vignetting adds a lot to your shot, my only beef would be what seems to be a lot of dodging on the eyes, a lil less may be more IMO. Other than that, great shot.

This is a Nice crisp image, Too much processing of the eyes spoil it a Little fr me and you could have noticed that twig.

IMO the whites in the eyes look a bit harsh and unnatural. If those are real whites, then damn...6
