This is gorgeous! I don't know how you got the yellow, but it's perfect to offset the gray-white of the plant things.

I really love this. I've been shooting grasses like this too, but here, I can hear the music and feel rhythm.

This grass is so lovely! I so like the cool blue shady feel of the image offset by the splash of sunny gold in the distance!

I'm not a shallow DOF fan, and would've liked to see a bit more of the foreground in focus. The contrast between the white plants in the foreground in shadow, and the yellow leaves brightly lit in the background is very nice.

Plant Thing? I'd say it's some kind of pampas grass - lots of it here in Japan at the moment, where it's called susuki.

Very nice capture of a difficult subject ... I like how the one frond in front is sharp with that shallow DOF, and the light behind makes this one have a nice feel
