This is gorgeous! I don't know how you got the yellow, but it's perfect to offset the gray-white of the plant things. |

I really love this. I've been shooting grasses like this too, but here, I can hear the music and feel rhythm. |

This grass is so lovely! I so like the cool blue shady feel of the image offset by the splash of sunny gold in the distance! |

I'm not a shallow DOF fan, and would've liked to see a bit more of the foreground in focus. The contrast between the white plants in the foreground in shadow, and the yellow leaves brightly lit in the background is very nice. |

Plant Thing? I'd say it's some kind of pampas grass - lots of it here in Japan at the moment, where it's called susuki. |

Very nice capture of a difficult subject ... I like how the one frond in front is sharp with that shallow DOF, and the light behind makes this one have a nice feel |
