| thanks to all who commented. i wanted to present an atypical view of the monument. most of the time the mon is presented out in the open, as patriotic as can be. this time, i placed it in a less warm setting, as part of an austere vaster entity, that may or may not run the machinations of our daily lives |

| Nice use of your zoom here, although I feel the image would've benefited had we been able to read the rest of "United States Department..." -- department of what ?? Where are we exactly? |
