| I just want people to view my images the prize doesn't really matter to me? I gave along time ago here for some think a concept is better than the image. I'm just the opposite you have to show me the image and then I'll worry about the concept and title last for after all it's a digital photography contest. Thanks for everyone voting and commenting |

| I think you should have scored higher, although I'm not surprised that it didn't. Don't be discouraged by the rankings - this photo has a lot of merit. And any "imperfections" in the pattern you've captured really don't matter to me because this is a photograph of a real environment - it definitely does not have a doctored "post-card" feel to it. And at the same time you've got amazing fractal-like patterns in there. It's got the magic of reality rolled into a photo. |

| It was a good idea, but I think you needed to be closer to get some more detail into the competition. It also looks a bit out of focus. |

| This is a beautiful capture of color and pattern. You've got extreme detail patterned around a simple theme. It's hard to choose, but this gets my top vote for the week because of composition and uniqueness. |

this pic had huge potential
but the 3d efect of the hiilside does not translate into the shot
many of my landscapes suffer the same fate
great in person but only average on film |

| This is a great idea. It's a little monotonous, though, for my taste. Perhaps a slightly closer view or something to draw the eye and give it context/perspective? Anyway, very nice. |

Beautiful textures.
I like this picture. Perhaps the brown areas middle right & far left distract a little. (Ansel Adams would paint them green) In PS you can clone them out, then I can see this picture hanging on the wall with a nice black frame. |

| Good rhythmic shot, though the central area lacks some definition to me -perhaps as simple as their angle to the light. Some detail lost - almost like impressionism, its hard to make out the facts, just the sense of the terraces. |
