Sorry, this just looks like a candid street shot to me. You have a group, but not a portrait, imo.

The fact that he's the only one looking in a different direction helps, but there's not much done here to make the subject stand out. The image is quite cluttered with people, and the subject's face is dark and not in crisp focus. Perhaps some dodging and burning--along with selective blurring and focusing--would have helped the subject pop out more.

I am sorry, this is not a group portrait. This is a picture of people on the street, they are in no way a group. On top of that, I think the picture is a bit messy and lacks a clear focal point (4)

This is not so much a group portrait as it is of a person who happens to be in a group. The shot lacks definition and sharpness.
