 one of those last days of summer in September, and my dog refused to ever let me take a shot of the beach. He kept pushing into my photos, like "how dare you shoot anything but me!" :)

Meets the challenge well and is an interesting shot on it's own right. The "half" adds emphasis to the dogs almost confrontational glare and stance, and I like the other half dog up in the upper left.
