This photo holds some mount of interest... The scooter seems to have absorbed the flash from your camera in a strange way as well... here's a tip that may be useful to you at some point in the future... This scooter is oriented in such a way that it's moving from right to left. You did a nice job of composition by putting it in a corner. Since the motion indication is right to left, you scooter has no more room to move in this frame.. putting it on the other side of the frame would have allowed for a better sense of 'movement' in the photo... - jmsetzler

Very nice sky. I think you needed more light on your subject. Focus looks good.

That is a cool looking sky. I don't like the lights that much. They seem a little overexposed or too bright. 4

Good concept. Tough to work out the lighting, though. Chrome scooter is too shiny to make diffuse light out of the flash. Streetlights and traffic headlights interfere too much.
