 The blue macaws are the perfect bird to represent Gemini since both sides of Gemini are known for being the incessant talkers of the zodiac -- and these birds are known for their incessent sqwaking. Gemini is the life of the party and blue is the sign's official colour. I reduced the brightness in this photo and cropped it just a bit. This shot was taken at the Crystal Gardens in Victoria, B.C. - a conservation centre that will close its doors for good this year because of underfunding.

This is the first time seeing this photo. I love it. The colors are awesome and I really like how I can see the surrounding area of where they live.

Brilliant capture. When you get composition, sharpness and a background this good, the blur in the wing tips is acceptable. I really like this shot.

Beautiful and seductive - here you've used bright colors and blur against a dark background very nicely. The dark background here suggests a slight mood of danger or foreboding, though, and I wonder if you intended that.

I think the concept is better than the execution in this one - though I do like the eye contact with one bird and also the motion blur in the ings. The crop feels a little too tight top and bottom, particularly at the bottom. Whilst I sometimes like the inclusion of background to provide environment and also the off-centred composition, I'm in two minds about it here - I wonder if this image would work best as a close up study of the two birds?

I really like this photo.....great movement of the birds and nice composition....it seems like a bit of a stretch for a zodiac photo, but you tied it in with the title somewhat....high marks for a great photo!

Perfect istself. No title are need to explain this shoot. You catch up the essence of the things. Really you catch up. Congratulations. The motion blur adds so much. I hope you had put many details of it in the Author´s comment. The angle are sttuning.

Very good shot. Obvious that you have not shot it with very slow shutter speed since the head of the birds are sharp and one can also see it on the water. Shows clearly the speed of their wings.

I guess you were only able to get one crack at this. - in which case it worked out very well. managing to get their wings moving so much when the heads stayed relativly still... A rel challenge would be to reapeat it.
