It meets the challenge, but it isn't that good of a photo. Maybe if the writing was in focus it would be more interesting. (if I were in a bad mood I'd say then the viewer would at least have something to read, but that would be mean and you don't deserve that). I like your thinking though.

Washer or dryer? Interesting. But not compelling to me. Was this lit with a flash? I think this fits the challenge well, so I'll give it a 6.
