the halo around the moon is too pixelized. Looks like a severe crop?

Just a little blown out for my tastes, if you are looking for more detail you might try setting the camera at around f8 and about 125sec, this is where I start out and then adjust up or down based on test shots, just a thought. good composition and has a rather errie feel...6

I missed the real shot of negative space, I think you cropped a lot to create a negative space.

A shorter exposure (if possible) would let you retain some of the moon's detail. There is an odd colored halo around the moon in this shot.

An overexposed moon is not intereting, no matter what the shape of it. Some stars would have been helpful, and also a better exposure of the moon.

This picture has a lot of noise in it. The moon is blurry. I would suggest finding a telescope you can attach your camera to and trying again. it's a nice idea!

I find this a bit too grainy. Is this the moon or a planet? If it's a planet, you have one heck of a tele lens!
