 this is a photograph of a blue fluted vase with some plants/stalks in it and water ... the light is from the window, but it was starting to get dark which is why the relatively slow shutter speed so i used the tripod for a change ..
i've converted in raw and played with the colours a bit and then processed in CS2 ..
did adjustment layers in levels and selective colour ..
i sharpened before resize and again after resize .. i then did a light touch of kodak airbrush and then sharpened again ..
rotated the image 90 degrees CW & cropped ...
border, convert to profile, saved for web ...

Love the background colour but not so fond of the actual subject. The colours in it are ok but I'd like to see better focus. As to what it is, I don't know. Maybe something like honey or a thick gel-like substance, could even be something made of glass.
