Swimming photos are a challenge, as there is never enough light and I don't want to blind the athletes. This photo was taken at practice on Christmas Eve.

I like this photo. Only thing I would've done a bit differently, is I would've cropped in more on the guy. I think it shows more intensity when the subject is closer and more in focus. Plus cropping the subject will put more feeling into it. As for the lighting, that you couldn't help. But, I would've brightened it up a bit in Photoshop.

Nice pic overall, and I like your Motivational Slogan!

I like this - if only the quote was on the image itself...

i think a little more space to the left and right of the swimmer would have been cool. As would a little more light. But those are small nitpicks. I like the composition and the 'motivational message' :)

Good capture. The title is aptly described by the picture.

Great shot. Love the negative space in the photo - gives the observer the sense of progression and forwardness. I would have really liked to see the motivational phrase within the photo, perhaps with a black thick border.

Photo could be a little lighter, I think - maybe play with Levels a bit. Too bad you didn't get the words on the photo, like a poster - I know the directions were a little hazy on this.

Great photo, great quote! Just need to get it on the poster now!

I like the way the swimmer comes towards you. The yellow lines kind of help that feeling. The bottom of the photo is good, but the top is a bit grainy. You may have oversharpen it.
