The colors seem too unnatural, and there's not a lot of visual interest in the composition.

Use all of the 640pixels avalible and you will score alot higher, its to small.

The blue color in the water is too much for me.

The full 640 pixel image with the right dodging and burning could do very well in this challenge. I think your water might be a little too colored. I don't see anything too terribly wrong with this photo that can't be fixed in post processing.
