I really like how sharp and bright the bra is. Everything else seems a bit too soft. Did you use a program to take away noise, cause it looks like you did a tad too much. I don't think this jacket was a good choice because you loose texture and all you can see is pure black. The lighting on the bra and skin looks to be good.

Nice job on the desat, but the shot isn't really to my taste. Would be more appealing if more of her face were visible, or more of the torso (length rather than skin), or both. Preferably both.

Nice idea, and pretty well-done, but to nitpick, I wish her head had been back more so that there was no harsh shadow under the chin.
