Greetings from the Critique Club!
Hi Lian. While this image is definitely divided in thirds and quite well I might add, it doesn't really follow the "Rule of Thirds" which is quite well defined in the arts world. Your subject, while captured well, is centered in the composition which is causing a stagnant feel. I think if you had moved your subject to the left of the frame, leaving us plenty of room in front of him to see where he is going you could have made a stronger, more dynamic composition. I hope this helps.
