Nice idea but not real big with the blueness of the background. Fits the challenge.

Nice shadow - I'd like it a little less fuzzy, but realize that it's an effect.

Great idea, but without the title, it wouldn't be obvious that the shadow is a snowman.

I like this simple and effective shot, though for me it would have been more so if the shadow was in focus instead of the cutter. The cookie cutter is "form" and the shadow is "shape".

Clever idea! General visual clarity is pretty good. Communicative clarity is great! To add some 'zip' to this, experiment with the angles of the shadows (it's fairly horizontal now), and perhaps point of view. Using diagonals will add some drama, and the point of view could help, too.

Really good idea, I would personnally have put the shadow in focus instead of the mold but good anyway (7)

Great idea to use an object AND it's shadow to form a more abstract overall shape. In this case I think the execution isn't quite polished enough - the lighting is a little uneven and harsh (maybe put a white sheet over the light source). This makes the colour of the background somewhat uneven too. Image quality also seems low, though I appreciate this may be down to camera resolution.

The shadow brings out the shape and contrasts nicely with the shiny plastic of the cutter.

I am not sure what to say about this one. The overall look of the photo is a bit uninteresting. The focus could have been a bit stronger and the lighting seems a bit on the harsh side. Your composition scores points here as it is excellent. Overall this fits the challenge.

Maybe I would have tried to keep the shadow in focus - nice idea and lighting.
