 I took this with my lens removed and flipped over. I believe the aperature was wide open for this shot. I like that it looks like it's flying but it was actually standing on its nest. I think the reason it didn't fly off in spite of me being only 2 inches away is because it was protecting the nest which was under construction.

Good DOF. Did you sharpen this? It looks like it needs to be sharpened (which is legal in minimal......you can even sharpen more than once).
