i relly like the symmerty of this shot. I know the intent was to have dramatic lighting but i think just a bit more light would enhance the picture. nice work!

Great facial expression, colour tones and composition.
Nice to see a huge gym machine too - emphasises fitness well.
Great body shadows too and the clenched hands really add something to this.
