I was firmly on the ground! The climber was in the Garden of the Gods city park in Colorado Springs, CO. I have no idea what the rating was, however, the climbers belay had a climbing book in her had trying to explain to the climber the route to take. This is a VERY popular climbing area and look forward to returning for more pics. |

Great shot! But you gotta share the details for us climbers. Where is it? What rating? Were you climbing? :) |

I really love the colors and angle of this shot. The one thing that may have helped it was to find a moment where you can see the climbers face, ideally with a cool expression. Still though very nice. |

Wow. The colors in this picture are so crisp and sharp here. Nicely done. |

I like this. Mostly because I have neither the fitness level nor the
bravery to even attempt. But does look kind of fun, in a death
defying sort of way.
Technically, the focus seems a bit softer on the climber than
the mountain. IMO it should be the other way around.
Normally the rule of closeups on people is good to follow, but
here, to show how high up he is, it might be better to pan out
a bit. To show more mountain below him. Seven |

Great vantage point. It's cool how the rock on the right bottom is blurry and larger...it adds depth. The placement of the subject is also nice. The only thing I wish is that the subjects face, or at least more of a profile, was showing. 8 |
