| I don't know what to think of it. I keep delaying my vote... but I'll have to do it. I like it, but there is something disturbing only I couldn't quite discover what it is. If a picture is able to do this, I am sure it is a good picture. Rising questions in my head, making me to come back to it again and again trying to find out what it is.... Maybe is the way all those water drops look in shadow and light, on light and dark background. I don't know... I think it deserves a 10. |

Technical: Fits the challenge well. Exposure composition focus lighting all excellent.
Personal: Creative way to present a rather common subject in this challenge- nicely done!

| I like this, it's technically done well..and the water is also nice. I think it's just a bit boring....? I can't really say why I feel that way. The colors, focus are very good and it's right on the challenge. I hope you do well. 8 |

....and blowing it on the lottery? Just kidding. On a serious note, your colors here are very flat. You either need more light or you need to play around with levels and saturations in your editing software to bring out the color. Nice composition and I actually like the odd angle on this one. Now if you coulda got actual rain falling....
