I love it when photographers go walking and find things and then share them. This is marvelous, light is awesome. And sharpness and depth of filed is very good.thank u.

Monique, this is really good! The detail and focus are amazing, and I loooove that soft background! I totally disagree with tatty1010 too. The spider is very much in the process of "spinning" his web. Great job!!

Great clarity on your subject (which could unfortunately cost you score points from those who hate spiders) and nice bokeh to set him/her (most likely her) off. Very appropriate for the challenge as well.

Original take on the challenge, and very good photo. Unfortunately, I just had to look it up in the dictionary to get it, so my guess would be that you might unfairly get a flood of 'does not meet challenge' comments. Saying that, maybe other people's English is better than mine.

I think that sometimes you can get too close, even with Macro.
I'd like to see more of the web in this one considering the "spinning" theme...
