The plural noun for Lego is "a mess" :o)

The very obvious shallow DOF will probably mean I lose votes, but I don't care too much - this pretty much is my entire childhood here!

Lots of colors which I like but theres no where for me to rest my eyes on anything. 6.

This is a superb shot technically; the lighting and exposure are spot on and it’s great use of macro. But, I think that the composition lacks something. It seems to me like everything in the shot merges together taking the eye away from the central theme. On the positive side, it’s an interesting and well thought out imageâ€Â¦ Good luckâ€Â¦

You have filled this shot very well. The cropping is spot on. Nice bright sharp colours.

Good colour and like that the lego fills the frame. The main item is just a little low within the frame.

Cluttered. Short DOF does not include the whole buggy. I wouldn't mind the background out of focus, but I need the subject to be there (see the propeller?)

great idea. nice shot too. the only thing that bothers me is the propeller being out of focus. looks like you lost the depth of field right there! color and composition are good though. (7) ~mcmurma

Cute.

When I was a kid, there were, like, two different Lego pieces. A red piece with four little pegs, and a red piece with six little pegs on it. Oh, and a little two-peg window, too. Ah, how times have changed! Nice shot.

I want fewer blue legos surrounding the vehicle.

This is quite a lego collection. Very nice color in the photo. I lke how the buggy is in the foreground and it fades to the back with softer focus. Lighting and angle are great. I love how the logos fill the whole frame. Great way to make a "pile" of toys look really great. Good luck in the challenge.

My only remark concerning this otherwise excellent photo is that I think the whole "buggy" should have been in focus.

Good photo. Score 7 Kee

Love the idea. The focus ended up distracting away from your main subject.
