| Nice image. This had a lot of potential, as the arrangement stands out from the standard still-life shots in this challenge. Unfortunately the overall brightness of the background & the highlights on the orange wedges is extremely bright. I even looked at this on multiple monitors, and with a darker profile - it still looks very washed out. Maybe try toning down the brightness, and adding a bit of selective sharpening on the slices (the peel looks very sharp compared to the slices). Again... very nice setup :O) |

| IMHO the white background really distracts from the potential of a fine photograph, given the highlights if the slices. Great concept though. |

| very creative idea, the square crop completes is. i do think you went a bit overboard with the editing of the whites in the parts of the orange |
