Two things brought this idea to mind: firstly, I'm wrking for a company called MICE at the moment, and secondly I saw last week, in Stamford, Lincolnshire, a little girl taking her 'Mouse' for a walk, dragging it by its cable. Needless to say, I didn't have my camera with me ...
The technical bit: my feet, two old mice, and my two metres of black velvet; diffuse daylight from windows on an exceptionally cloudy day. converted to B/W, curves, levels, contrast, and a tiny bit of sharpening. |

This is a cool B/W shot. Nice take on the challenge and play on words within the challenge. This could be a literalism shot also!
The composition is good. I like how you didn't make the mice symetrical like the feet. This gives the play on words a little more meaning! The focus is a little soft for my taste especially on the mice, but not so much as to really detract from the image. All in all deserving of the score that you recieved in the challenge!

| very funny- would moving the right hand mouse to the right to balance the feet have strengthened this? |
