'tis a lovely, perfectly composed image. the varying patterns, the deep, rich blacks, the birght whites, the gorgeous mid-tones, mmm, scrummy. |

Deb,
Just wanted you to know you got totally robbed on this. I gave it a 9. One of my favorites of the last Free Study. The mood it evokes, the sense of space, and the lines are fantastic. Keep on shooting, girl :-) |

This is a beautifully detailed photograph and it mixes a curious combination of urban starkness and repeating details with quiet contemplation. Very nice. |

This was actually one of my higher rated photos in the challenge. A very good capture. The tonality is terrific. The little details in the image make it special. And the lighting, nearly flawless. This encompasses everything you see in fine art, and should have been rated much higher. |

How did you capture a Wiesbaden train station looking so empty! This has such a striking look to it! And very much with your style. I think your photos are very dpc-friendly! Artistic photography for sure!

You only get a short comment because you didn't score less than 5.5 silly.
Is your monitor calibrated? I see you mention more "detail in the ceilings". On my monitor (calibrated just last week), I see almost nothing in the ceiling. You may have an overbright monitor. |

This is a really nice B&W. The stark contrast really works well here. |

Could easily be mistaken for a JJ or an e301. You know, I love your color shots but damn you're good with b/w. It may be your calling. |

wow. this is right on the edge of how much you can obscure your subject and make it tiny, and yet still have it be the subject. And the edge, of course, is right where we want to be. 9 |

Great shot, i really like it.
I think you've managed to capture the atmosphere so well with the exposure settings.
I love the composition, and how the only person there is partially hidden behind the partition. I think this deserves to place very highly in my opinion.
Well done. |

The ones you like a lot are always the hardest to pinpoint what you like the most about. The b&w conversion is awesome, but maybe it's the near empty scene with just a hint of life that give this its charm. Well done! |
