 Took this at the same time as my black and white portrait challenge entry. This is Trinity (the little girl who was my subject in that challenge) mother and younger sister. Amber, the mother, didn't know I was taking this photo which I think makes it that much more sweet as it is a candid picture of a mother loving her child.

This is a wonderful photo. I love Mom's expression. THe conversion to B/W is well done with nice contrast.

Wonderful tones. Nice image. This would be a great image for the "good" challenge as well! I think a tighter crop on the head would suit this image well. 8
