 Had BIG trouble trying to shoot this, the lighting was too harsh, Hanae was too tierd, I was tierd, My batteries went flat halfawy through the shoot... I am not totally happy with it but in many ways it is also a really fantastic photograph. I feel the B&W fits perfectly, the model is stunning (of cause) and the detail is very tight. I think it may be a tad to soft and that I might get some complaints about her hair being blown gently by the fan.. OK voters don't kill me on this ...

this is cool, i love the way you used the curve of her back and the texture on that fabric, it really pulls her away from the backdrop

somehow I miss a real part in focus in your entry. but other than that, this is a good shot. I like the contrast and the pose. might crop it at the right and bottom a bit

Very nice. Lines are very femine, but the textures of the fabric and the gaze of the model evoke strength, directness, and just a touch of hostility.

I love this image. the crop and lines are great. The only negative comment is with the too bright light on the cloth.

I like the idea here but for me I would like the edge of the material that the model is wrapped in to be fill the frame on the right handside. The little bit of lighting on the face is nice but I find the harsh light on the material a little distracting. Nice expression on the models face :o)

too much attention to the right breast distracts from the other v pleasant elements, the texture of the shawl, the shape/ lines on the back of the cloth, the tender eyes and face, the bright light in centre.
