I love the way the model is posed, so 40's like, so open to being photographed in such an exposed way. She is either extremely comfortable in her own skin or she trusts you absolutely implicitly. Posing in such a way is extremely difficult to do and have the effect as beautiful as this. Even the way the fabric is draped feels completely natural and totally unstaged. Her face is lit perfectly, her chest is awesomely lit (despite what other people have said) and the entire composition is stunning... almost to the point of being like an alabaster statue.
I'll bet she was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you for sharing this. |

| Yes I agree this should have finished stronger. Its soft, clear, and the lighting is terrific. I also see a hint of classic nudity, (my personal favorites). I'm not a huge fan of this new school nude photography, nor am I a fan of the top three photos in this challenge. In my opinion, you nailed a unique shot by ironically going classic. I can't say enough about this image, so I better stop. Great job. |

| I think that this entry is near perfect and my choice for 1st place. The softness is incredible and the pose perfect- very 1940's to me. |

| I'm guessing you carefully applied neatimage/noiseninja to parts of the image, or your model has the most amazingly smooth skin. Either way, a great image, perfectly lit and post-processed. The pose is classic glamour, and the see-through fabric adds interest. |

| Nice shading from the lower left up to the model's shoulder. Nice curves in the composition as well. There's a bit of a glare(?) at the top of her stomach that is somewhat perplexing. |
