 This was my first attempt with studio lighting. It was taken as a gift for a friend in a rental studio. I used a very large softbox and no fill light. I cleaned up some noise and cloned out a piece of the fabric that was distracting.

Very lovely and tasteful image, the pale smooth skin, with the contrasting lace, and transparecy over it really makes the image flow. I can't think of anything to do that would improve it. Good Luck.

Very nice composition, nice cropping and great skintones.

(the background on the right side looks like a halogram if tuned 90 degrees clockwise!!- thats just an observation not linked to the challenge)

I loved it when my wife was pregnant as I think she looked beautiful. This reminds me of those days. I may of tried the light from a slightly different angle and not so much directly in facing your subject. Nice effort!

Great idea. Even though the light is from the side, as the model is facing straight into the light, it creates a flat image. If you moved the light more behind the subject shining forward, you will get more shadow and see more contours. Crop is good.

a very pretty photo of a very big belly ;)

the red tule adds to the photo, not only the color, but also the texture of the material.

lighting is very good, I bet the mother-to-be wanted this one very very big on her wall :D

Beautiful image. It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of maternity photography and I think you've pulled this one off wonderfully. The composition is great, the lighting is spot on. The focus feels just a tad soft, but other than that... Perfect shot!!!

I absolutely love the use of the red vale. Gorgeous pregnant woman shot. Composition is lovely. Image a bit soft to my taste (could use some sharpness) but overall great shot! 8
