 Michael at Pure Design had some nice flowers this past Saturday. Hadn't done a Fresia in a while. Smells GREAT! Try some sometime. Shot with the Fuji S7000 in order in minimize any temptation to spot edit. Did several versions with the flower in various areas of the canvas and with the full flower with unopened buds and this with just the predominant bloom. I went with this because the full flower with buds looked a little too intricate and less minimal.

Post: Open. Rotate 90° clockwise. Sharpen. Resize Sharpen.

Very nice use of negative space. The lighting is very good on the flower and the colors are very vibrant.
