I recently watched the whole James Bond series again but I don't know what the "man with the red tattoo" could be. Ok, the pecker has a red spot. But I don't see any coincidence here, sorry. Maybe something in a movie inspired you to do this but it is too vague. If you shoot a pecker for a James Bond challenge you must show a strong link IMHO.

good picture - not sure I get it for this challenge. Unless you mean the sound "tattoo" produced by the bird? I didn't read the book so I am not sure if there is one in it. Good luck.
