I was sorry to see this hadn't done better with the voters. For me it really did provide an illustration of an idea of the moment of death, and I gave it one of my higher marks.

Hmmm... not sure what to make of this... on first pass I gave it a 4, but on second look I like it more... it's an intersting shot...

I am sorry but I don't understand the subject or it's link to the title, not to mention that I feel it is a little over exposed.

good idea and good composition. IMO the light source is too bright or the shot is overeposed with loss of definition

OK, I'm totally bumping up your entry, this is beautiful. the colortones are awesome, the diagonal lines are sweet, and the abstractness of the image is fantastic. added to faves.

The overexposure at the bottom makes it hard to work out what's happening here; I'm not really sure how this relates to Death.

I like the composition. Whites look a bit blown to me, though I realize that may have been an artistic choice.

Without the title, I'd really not get the idea of death from this photo. But, it's a really striking photo!

I am not sure what to think here. On the one hand, there's a lot of overexposure going on. On the other hand it really seems to work here. It gives the shot a sort of ephemeral feel to it. 7
