Nice tones in this one Eric. The thumb lends itself to the realism but distracts a little IMO.

Eric, this made me stop to look - great job! I've been trying to play with B&W myself lately, and yours is something to strive towards...

BTW - Nice Ruger. Looks like the GP-100?

Hmmm...they asked for validation of my photo. Can you guess which one? I'm giving you a score almost double what mine is currently running at. My hope is fading but my judgement is not failing - I'm not stingy with points like some people here. It's a top-notch photo you have. 10

could have a little more DOF, had preferre to have the fingers slightly more in focus. Otherwise well done, good lighting, tones and composition
