Alright he bottom half looks like daylight the top half looks like fake or ill lighted night. Im assuming this is a timed exposure in the mid to late veening with some fixed ground lighting |

I have to say that i am not a big fan of simply tilting the camera for this challenge. Doesn't really meet the "Spirit" IMHO. |

Diagonal perspective does lead the eye upward, appropriate for the subject, and the colors dominate obtrusively. |
