Alright he bottom half looks like daylight the top half looks like fake or ill lighted night. Im assuming this is a timed exposure in the mid to late veening with some fixed ground lighting

I have to say that i am not a big fan of simply tilting the camera for this challenge. Doesn't really meet the "Spirit" IMHO.

Diagonal perspective does lead the eye upward, appropriate for the subject, and the colors dominate obtrusively.
