I was very disappointed to see that your baby picture actually scored worse than a number of others. I guess it just goes to show that we all view things differently. |

Definately very new. It does't get much newer than this. I like how the baby is still all puffy. lol. I'm really glad you submitted this in color. The close up is great. I was thinking I might have wanted to see a wider shot to see more of the baby's face, but then thought that the close up showed his newness very well. The photo was thought out, and creativly taken. It's not just a picture of a baby. Great shot and good luck with the challenge. |

This is such a beautiful picture it nearly brought tears to my eyes... I think babies in general were over done on the subject of "NEW", but this one is exceptional. Most of the other baby pictures were "just babies" |

Great detail and the way you cropped/framed the photo sets it apart from yet another baby-photo. Somehow I'd like to see everything shifted a little more towards the bottom though, thus showing a part of the other eye and removing the empty part below the chin. Good job and congratulations with the newborn! |

There were a few baby pictures submitted this time (like none of us expected it). Yours was by far the best framed shot of a baby. |

Hey, I wondered how many babies I'd see. Before I start - I'm scoring this 10. I had decided before I stared voting that babies were too obvious, and that I’d score them down because of a lack of invention. But, boy, this is one fantastic picture. The purity and innocence positively shine out of this shot. It has it all, it’s technically well done, it captures the challenge and of course – it gets the ooooh voteâ€Â¦ I don’t think luck comes into this, but good luckâ€Â¦ If it isn’t in the top 5 I’ll be surprisedâ€Â¦ |
