| Good control of dof to blur the background. I think this background works better than if you had had a plain background, it has more impact this way. The instruments in the foreground are nicely sharp, and the liquid color is a nice contrast to the blue. The test tube looks a little streaky/dirty, but it was likely your 13th shot or something and it doesnt distract too much. Shooting glass is difficult and you handled light glare very well. |

| Overall really works well.. Love the reddish coloring on the dropper against the bluish background. Although the background arguably has some distracting areas to it, the DOF iis perfect. My big dissapointment, however, are the smudges and spots in the testube. I think it really distracts from the main droplet focal point and unfortunately loses alot of the clinical feel and hence the impact. |

| 1 point off (9 instead of 10) for not putting a spot of light right at the tip of the 'dropper' to throw the vision to a solid focal point, which it does lack..just a sparkle or a star (would be hard to do, I'm sure). Actually, that is the only fault... no strong dynamic focal point. Very good photo otherwise. |

| this is my 1st 10 for this challenge..it is so pleasing to the eye..the DOF is perfect..cropping is right on..fantastic job! |
